Who we are
ValueFynder provides value intelligence software for finance and procurement teams. You can reach us at valuefynder@gmail.com with any privacy question or request.
The legal entity details, registered address and Business ID of the data controller will be added here once confirmed by the owner. Until then, this notice is a draft and should not be treated as final.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us through forms (name, work email, company, message).
- Account details when you sign up (email address, sign-in method).
- Workspace data you choose to upload or enter, such as spend, supplier, contract and invoice records.
- Anonymous product usage events (for example demo walkthrough steps) used to improve the service.
- Billing details are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To respond to your requests and provide the service you signed up for.
- To operate, secure and improve the product.
- To process subscriptions and manage billing.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Where data is processed
The service is hosted on cloud infrastructure with EU data residency for the application database. Subprocessors and their roles will be listed here once confirmed by the owner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email us at valuefynder@gmail.com and we will handle your request. You can also delete your account and its data yourself from Account settings.
Retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. Retention periods for each data category will be specified here after owner and counsel review.
