Refund & Cancellation Policy
Trial period
Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required to start, and $0 is charged today. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the Billing page inside the product, without contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Refunds
The first charge happens on day 4, after the trial. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at valuefynder@gmail.com and we will review it. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where they apply, are respected. The detailed refund terms will be finalized with legal counsel before this policy is treated as binding.
Found-Money Guarantee
If ValueFynder does not identify verified recoverable leakage worth at least 3 times the subscription fees you have paid, within 30 days of receiving your complete invoice, purchase order and contract data, you may request a full refund of those fees. Leakage is verified when our findings are supported by line-level evidence from your own records. Request the refund by email within the 30-day window. Recovery of the money itself is not guaranteed; only identification is.
Plan changes
You can switch plans from the Billing page. Upgrades and downgrades are applied by our payment provider with proration where applicable.
