Terms of Service

The service

ValueFynder provides software that helps organizations identify, validate and recover value in spend, contracts and transactions. Figures shown in demos and sample workspaces are illustrative and are not guarantees of results.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity in your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Trials and subscriptions

Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial; $0 is charged today. The first charge occurs on day 4 unless you cancel before then from the Billing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload data you are not authorized to share.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The service, its design and its underlying software belong to ValueFynder. Your data remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Specific liability caps and warranty terms will be finalized with legal counsel before this document is treated as binding.
